Great little guitar

Was searching around for a guitar for awhile and wanted to have a smaller 000 size guitar. Husband had a BR-140 several years back and that thing sounded absolutely wonderful, so I loved the look of this and got it cheaper elsewhere. Have been playing it regularly since February. First (as with almost any new instrument that comes from a factory) take of the cheapo crap strings they put on it and get a decent set of strings on there. For 6 bucks, this baby sounds great.Very happy with the sound quality of this little guy too. Husband now has a Martin DM guitar and though it is better (DUH it costs a lot more too), my little guitar keeps up and has a sound all of it's own. I like the bright tones I get with it and the bass is fine too. For it being a thin bodied instrument I was pleasantly surprised.I actually got mine as a huge markdown because of a couple of small varnish defects where the glue can be seen below the varnish. Does not affect sound or playability and it knocked $150 off the price, so I am thrilled.You can't go wrong with a blueridge IMO. If you don't have the $$ to shell out to Martin, then this is the way to go for a great sound.The fretboard feels great and now that I have my favorite strings on there it is a pleasure to play. SHHHH, but my husband picks it up around 50/50 of the time we are playing at our jam weekly jam session here at the house. While I'm playing banjo, I'll notice he will go get mine for a bunch of songs.
