5Nice inexpensive solid top acoustic guitar

Received this guitar on time in excellent condition. I felt that mine needed some minor set-up (only slight adjustment of truss rod and shaved saddle). After doing so, it now plays beautifully and sounds excellent. Sustain is awesome...solid spruce top, even though the sides and back are some type of laminated rosewood. Regardless, craftmanship and finish are near perfect because I can't find any noticable flaws.I highly recommend this guitar. It seems to be first quality. I have owned a Washburn D14N since around 1992 and really like their product. Not a Martin or Taylor of which I had considered, but not the price either. Can't beat the price of this guitar.If I had to say anything negative, it would be that it has no pickguard, but this is easily remedied for less than $20. Other than that, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Just something to think about if you live in a low humidity area (especially with winter coming) because of the solid top and neck, I recommend you keep the guitar in a case with some type of guitar humidifier to avoid problems. I expect this guitar to age well and for the sound to only get better.
