I took a chance when I ordered this guitar. No guitar shop in my area had a Tenor guitar in stock, and I really like a "hands on" expereince before I buy an instrument, but this little guitar is awesome. It has great tone and projection and the intonation is perfect all the way up the fingerboard.There is a learning curve going from six string to tenor guitar, but it is well worth the effort. This instrument adds a wonderful folk and bluegrass flavor to any group. Buy one, then spend a little time learning the new chord fingerings, and you won't be disappointed. I tune mine to CGDA, and the sound is really great.
