Great Value

Just wanted to say that this is the first time I've purchased a musical instrument online. Normally you need to hold and play the instrument. I received it and after 30 minutes or so of setting it up, I am not dissapointed. Has great tone and volume unplugged and even better through an amp.... Thanks for a great looking and playing instrument....

great entry level mandolin

The mandolin was exactly as described and sounds excellent. Mine came with the bridge already fairly well set up. It was missing the pick guard in the picture, though personally, I'd prefer to do without it any way. For the price, this one is well worth it!

I just bought this mandolin and was pleased to discover such a sweet sound. Wasburn has built a great lil mandolin, even though it isn't solid wood. Sounds good, with or without an amp. The color is beautiful, but the "finishing" touches were slightly rough. That doesn't impact the sound. This is a budget beauty. The matte finish feels good in hand. Very smooth. If I didn't already have this great lil mandolin, then I would have to get one.
