I like that this case is light-colored so it won't overheat so quickly at summer festivals. I like that it is lightweight, unlike the standard plywood cases. But...the interior padding is more flimsy and thinner than the standard plywood case. If you shake the case the neck flops back and forth inside the case due to the poorly fitting neck support. Accessory compartment is average capacity. The block on the hinged end of the compartment cover is not anchored properly in the case and I don't think there's any way I can fix it. This case is overpriced by $50. I will keep it anyway, though, as the light weight is most important to me. Also, sending it back to Californicate would be a pain. Note to Crossrock: I would have paid a little more to get better quality materials and construction.
