I have owned this Art and Lutherie 12 string guitar for about 6 years and it is still by far my favorite acoustic guitar. Nothing beats the sound of a well tuned 12-string and this guitar just sings. There's a solid feel to the strings under your fingers when playing chords, the octave strings are very close and perfectly level with the low strings so it feels just like one thick string to play single notes, and the overall string spacing is very comfortable.I can't recommend it enough. I had a particularly great session playing it today and that inspired me to get online and write some reviews for others. Buy one and enjoy!
