Great bass - decent tone, nice looks at a good price

When I first picked up this bass, it had a horrible buzzing on the low strings, and tuning nor harder finger pressure helped. Contacted seller to return, and nicely they contacted Ovation and found a local warranty repair shop for me. Less than 5 minutes in the shop and the bass was working better than I expected - the neck warped a bit from the weather, shipping etc, and a quick tune up of the truss rod inside fixed it - eliminating the buzzing totally.I also replaced the factory strings, they are pretty crappy, and now this thing sounds great. been playing it for a few hours. I almost returned it and bought the next model up, but I definetly liked the look and feel of this better, and now I have no regrets!
