Make Sure You Get A Competent Set-up

It arrived in adequate packaging. The guitar seems well-made. Unplugged, it has plenty of volume and presence. If you do buy it, make sure to take it to a guitar shop or luthier for a set-up. Mine needed its action lowered and some buzzing attended to. A few weeks later, after playing it a lot, I noticed the slots on the nut were "ringing" the strings. That is, the strings got minute indentations around them from resting in those slots, which were too sharp, and were cutting into the strings. The strings would then "want" to get hung up in those indentations, making the guitar hard to tune. Luckily, the guy who did the initial set-up understood the problem when I explained it, and told me to bring the guitar back to him. He'll run a file run through the slots on the nut, and that should fix the problem. He says he'll do it no-charge. I imagine when that's fixed, I'll be pretty happy with this guitar. I do love the shimmering sound you get with a 12-string.
